My order hasn't arrived yet — or shows delivered but I don't have it

My order is taking longer than expected

First, check the estimated delivery window for your country in How long does shipping take?. Delivery times vary by courier and can be longer during peak seasons or for remote areas (up to 4–6 weeks in some cases).

Track your parcel at 17track.net. If tracking has paused, it’s often waiting on a customs scan.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received it

Please try the following:

• Check around your property — porch, mailbox, side door, or with a building concierge.
• Ask household members or neighbours whether they accepted it.
• Wait 24 hours — parcels are occasionally scanned as delivered slightly early.
