Why isn't my tracking updating?
This is normal, especially for international orders. Once your package leaves our country, the tracking information usually won’t update until the package passes through your country’s customs. When the barcode on the package is next scanned, the tracking will update again.
So a quiet period in the middle of transit doesn’t mean anything is wrong — it simply means your parcel is in transit or awaiting a customs scan.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for an unusually long time, email us at contact@meideyajewelry.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
