My ring doesn't fit — what can I do?

If your ring doesn’t fit, the easiest option is to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn and in its original packaging.

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping/processing fee on exchanges.
  • Engraved or personalized rings are final sale and can’t be exchanged.
