How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, email us at contact@meideyajewelry.com and let us know:
- Your order number
- Which item you’d like to exchange
- The size or item you’d like to exchange it for
Please make sure the original item is unworn and in its original packaging, and that your request is within the 30-day window.
Shipping for exchanges: customers are responsible for the shipping or processing fee of the exchanged items.
A few items can’t be exchanged — piercing items (e.g. earrings) and final-sale or personalized pieces. See the full policy for details.
