I received a damaged, wrong or defective item
We’re sorry if something arrived not quite right — we’ll make it right.
Please email contact@meideyajewelry.com within the 30-day window and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue (damaged, wrong item, or a defect)
- Photos of the item and, if relevant, the packaging
Our jewelry is covered against defects in materials or craftsmanship, so once we’ve reviewed the details we’ll arrange the best solution — a replacement or a refund in line with our policy.
Please note that everyday wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues from improper care aren’t considered defects — see Do you offer a warranty? for what’s covered.
