What is your return & exchange policy?

30-day return window

Items purchased from meideyajewelry.com may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized before being sent back to us — please contact us first.

Condition

Returned items (including gifts) must be in their original condition — no signs of wear or damage — and placed back in the original packaging.

Return shipping

We’re happy to process a refund or exchange, but we don’t cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a tracking number should be provided after the package is posted.

Return timing

Please post your return within 7 days after the return address is provided. Items returned after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items

  • Piercing items (such as earrings) can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons.
  • Final sale items — all Last Chance products and engraved/personalized jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping fees

The original order shipping fee is non-refundable, as it’s already paid to the shipping company.
