How long does a refund take?

Once your returned package is received by our warehouse and the item’s condition is confirmed by our team, we’ll issue your refund.

• Refunds are issued based on the promotional discount that was applied to your original order.
• After the refund is issued, it typically takes 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
• The original order shipping fee is non-refundable.

If it’s been longer than 7 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don’t see it, please email us with your order number and we’ll follow up.
