How do I return an item?

Returns are simple — just follow these steps:

1. Request authorization first. Email contact@meideyajewelry.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be authorized before being sent back.
2. Pack it up. Make sure the item (including any gifts) is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
3. Post within 7 days. Once we provide the return address, please send the package within 7 days. Returns posted after this won’t be eligible.
4. Share your tracking number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — please send us the tracking number once the package is posted.

Once your return reaches our warehouse and the condition is confirmed, we’ll process your refund or store credit.
