Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — we offer a one-year warranty on our stainless steel items, covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship.
Please note that items made from other materials, such as sterling silver and brass, are not covered by this warranty.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear or accidents outside our standard returns and exchanges policy. Specifically, it doesn’t cover:
- Lost items
- Scratches from everyday use (such as a bent ring or broken chain)
- Damage from improper care or storage
- Exposure to household chemicals, hygiene products (makeup, perfume) or water
- Discoloration of stones or threads, and damage caused by sweat or cooking
- Prongs wearing out or stones lost due to normal wear
- Natural inclusions and imperfections in stones
- Any modifications made by third parties not associated with Meideya Jewelry
