When am I charged?

Payment is taken when you place your order at checkout. Your order is processed once we’ve received full payment.

If a payment is declined, please check that your card details and billing address are entered correctly, or try an alternative payment method. If it keeps happening, contact your bank — and feel free to email us if you’d like a hand.
