Can I change or cancel my order?

Our team works quickly to process and dispatch orders, so we’re unable to guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed.

I entered the wrong shipping address

If you’ve used an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@meideyajewelry.com with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.

Please note we are not responsible for address errors, lost packages or delays once an order has left our facility, so it’s important to reach out right away.

Changing items or sizes

If you’d like a different item or size after ordering, the best route is usually our exchange process once your order arrives.
