Why was my order cancelled or rejected?
In some cases we may cancel or decline an order. This can happen for a few reasons — for example:
- The personal or address information provided appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
- There is a record of non-payment associated with the account.
- Payment was not completed — an order is only processed once we receive full payment.
